What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will: Meet with prospective clients remotely by phone or video Learn to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options Follow up with prospective and existing clients Participate in training sessions, coaching, and professional development Maintain accurate records using company systems Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service What We Provide Integrity FEX offers: Licensing guidance for qualified candidates who are not yet licensed Comprehensive training program Ongoing mentorship and coaching Access to multiple nationally recognized insurance carriers Sales systems and scripts CRM and business support tools Flexible work schedule Remote work environment Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable speaking with people by phone or video Basic computer skills Reliable internet connection Ability to work independently Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required Licensing Requirement A state Life and Health Insurance License is required before selling insurance products. Candidates who are not currently licensed may apply. Qualified candidates must be willing to obtain the required license before beginning insurance sales activities. Integrity FEX provides guidance throughout the licensing process. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity . Earnings vary based on individual production, activity level, product mix, market conditions, and other business factors.
