Job Opportunity

We are seeking qualified healthcare professionals for a rewarding and dynamic position. The role involves working both 3x12 hour shifts and 2x12 hour shifts, with a schedule that includes variable days and rotating weekends. The typical shift hours are from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a local setting.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments in care.
• Document patient care accurately in the charting system.

Qualifications

• Current valid California RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required.
• Previous charge experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with community hospital settings is a plus.

Shift Details

• 3x12 hour shifts one week and 2x12 hour shifts the following week.
• Variable days with every other weekend included.
• No call duty is anticipated.
• Floating may be required as needed.

Compliance and Onboarding

• Completion of onboarding labs within 3-5 days post contract signing.
• A thorough 7-year work history verification will be conducted.
• All compliance documents must be submitted 10 days before the start date.
