Front of House Staff

To provide fast, accurate, and welcoming guest service while keeping ordering, bagging, running, and pickup operations organized and efficient.

Reports To: General Manager and designated FOH Shift Supervisor

The role works under the direction of FOH leadership and is responsible for following established service, POS, food-safety, and guest-service standards.

• Guest Experience: Welcome guests and assist with ordering and menu questions.
• Menu Knowledge: Understand menu items, ingredients, allergens, and current offerings.
• Order Accuracy: Enter orders accurately, including modifications and add-ons.
• Order Bagging: Assemble orders accurately, including food, beverages, sauces, and utensils.
• Food Running: Deliver completed orders accurately and efficiently.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate delivery-driver pickups and communicate issues to leadership.
• Payment Processing: Accurately process cash, credit, and other payments.
• Order Communication: Communicate modifications and special requests clearly to BOH and FOH.
• Guest Advocacy: Address basic guest concerns and involve a supervisor when needed.
• Station Organization: Keep registers, kiosks, bagging areas, pickup areas, and surrounding spaces clean and stocked.
• Team Support: Assist other FOH positions during high-volume periods.
• Cross-Training: Become capable of working cashier, bagging, and running positions.

• Previous restaurant, cashier, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Comfort handling money and learning POS technology
• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to learn POS, kiosks, and restaurant systems

• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts

A successful Runner / Food Bagger / Cashier provides friendly service, maintains order accuracy, keeps service moving, and supports the FOH team wherever needed.
