Facility & Location Facility: Bismarck Med Ctr Location: Bismarck, ND Address: 300 N 7th St, Bismarck, ND 58501, USA Shift & Compensation Shift: 12 Hours – Rotating Shifts Weekly Hours: 36.00 Starting Rate: $30.10 – $37.94 per hour Contracts: 14 weeks with option to extend or go to another Sanford site. Qualifications At least one year of RN experience. At least six months of travel experience. Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for. Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state). Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with other inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilizes appropriate age and population‑specific standards in the assigned clinical setting. Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as patients move along the continuum of care. Responsible for planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
