Endodontists enjoy a competitive production‑based compensation plan, with average earnings ranging from $8,000 to $10,000+ per day. Qualifications What we need from you clinically: Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required. Endodontic Specialty Certificate. Active DEA License (or in process). Your Role as an Endodontist with Castle Dental You will provide a wide range of endodontic procedures for your patients and provide support for our entire dental team at each dental practice you visit. You will have full autonomy over your patients and their endodontic needs and you will not have to worry about the day‑to‑day operations of running a practice. Compensation Compensation is based on a percentage of net production.
