Senior ADA Partner - Compliance & Case Management Lead

What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Accommodations team. The Sr. ADA Partner position will be responsible for supporting North America and other regions with specific functions aligning with ADA administration, engaging employee in the interactive process to review accommodation request, action daily tasks, participation in strategic and innovation sessions, and other case management work. What You'll Do Case Management & Interactive Process:Provide end-to-end case management support, consult and advise HR Partners and People Leaders, and provide timely solutions for employees and candidates Manage complex workplace accommodation cases Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure compliance Documentation & Systems:Maintain accurate, confidential records in case management systems.
