Customer Service Analyst

Job Description

The Customer Service Analyst plays a vital role in the finance industry by supporting customer service operations through in-depth data analysis, reporting, and driving process improvements. This position focuses on leveraging specialized CRM software to enhance service quality without direct customer interaction, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of customer issues.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive customer support through data-driven insights
Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Generate detailed reports to inform decision-making
Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
Gather and assess customer feedback to guide service enhancements
Maintain accurate documentation of processes and findings

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service analysis
