Can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week. Start date: 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier. Ratio: 1:4-5. Years of experience required: 2. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend requirement: Every other. Certifications required: ACLS/BLS. Is on-call required? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes within service line when needed. Locals accepted: No, home address must be at least 75 miles from facility. Pending License accepted: Yes. RTO restrictions: For time off, will allow up to 2 requests, no more than a total of 40 hours (5 days) of time off during contract. Guaranteed hours: 36. Special requirements: Unit patients who are waiting to be admitted into the hospital in patient unit. We start their care in the Emergency Department until the bed is available. Interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, feeding tube care and management, pre/post hemodialysis management, accessing ports, blood product administration, central line care/management, phlebotomy, peripheral line care/management, picc line management, starting IVs, heparin protocols, manager cardiac drips – no triation, pca, thrombolytic agents, substance withdrawal, ortho trauma, traction, nasal cannula, oxygen fact masks, portable oxygen tank, isolation precautions. Will need to pass Relias EKG exam. Screen if missing any required skills.
