You aren't just selling a product; you are selling comfort and style. Engage & Persuade: Use your upbeat and optimistic personality to greet shoppers and build instant rapport Appointment Setting: Qualify homeowners and schedule 4-5 in-home design consultations per day using an iPad Maintain the Vibe: Keep our in-store booth looking professional and maintain a motivational, positive tone at all times Data Management: Capture lead details accurately in our CRM to support our design team Personality Traits Natural Influencer: You possess a persuasive and "selling" communication style Energy Giver: You gain energy from interacting with others and give off positive vibes People Focused: You prefer a people-interactive environment over technical or analytical work Methodical: You appreciate an orderly, systematic workflow where you can master a successful routine Basic Requirements Experience: 1+ year of sales or customer service (Trade show/event experience preferred) Tech Savvy: Ability to work on a tablet or iPad (we provide training) Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for several hours and maintain high mental stamina throughout the shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday (9:30 am - 8:30 pm) Benefits $20 /hour + $10 Bonus for each scheduled completed appointment + Performance Bonus Opportunity for advancement 401k plus matching Aflac Benefits Paid Time Off Notice: The offer for this position is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
