Understanding of hospital environments, clinical workflows, and regulatory standards in medical devices. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for healthcare teams. Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with and train a diverse range of clinicians and staff. Talent for developing and delivering engaging educational programs tailored to surgeons, nurses, and administrators. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, ensuring seamless product integration and support. Project management skills to guide hospital teams through successful technology launches. Confidence in making informed decisions, even under pressure, to uphold safety and quality. Experience At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a proven record of driving new technology adoption. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background. Direct experience supporting product launches, preferably within women’s health. Success in building and nurturing lasting customer relationships. Willingness to travel extensively (80%), making an impact at healthcare facilities across the region. Why Join Hologic? The annualized base salary range for this role is $105,000-$165,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand. Hologic’s employees are subject to third‑party COVID‑19 vaccination requirements, including from customers and governmental entities.
