Registered Nurse - PRN

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for the Acute MedSurgical B - PRN position in Leblanc, LA. In this role you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their hospital stay. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments. Administer medications and treatments. Monitor vital signs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge instructions. Document care activities accurately. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
