Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures during standard and extended procedure hours
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation, recording all relevant procedure data accurately
• Collaborate closely with the Interventional Radiology team, providing cross-coverage support as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an expected response time of within 30 minutes of notification
• Respond to emergency events as directed by unit management, which may include remaining at the facility until the event concludes or serving on a relief team

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – Compact or Louisiana license required and must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or EP specialty
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA-issued required)
• Must not be a first-time traveler
• Must reside more than 65 miles from the facility (as verified by driver's license address)
• Current NURSYS report required, dated within 4 weeks of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in or alongside an Interventional Radiology department
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to variable procedure schedules and fast-paced clinical environments
