Polished Concrete and Epoxy Installer

Ascent Concrete Polishing is in search of an individual with at least 2 years of concrete polishing experience, especially skilled with hand grinding tools.

This candidate should be able to provide exceptional service to our clients, perform all key functions to complete a concrete polishing project and be a team player that works well with other crew members.

The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Operate and maintain concrete polishing equipment and tooling
• Understand proper polishing techniques
• Ensure proper materials and supplies are on the job site
• Proactively work to develop solutions for obstacles encountered on the job site
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
• Motivated, self-starter
• Team player
