ServiceNow ITOM Engineer

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Experience: 3+ years Job Overview Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, drive business process automation, and deliver seamless ITSM solutions to improve efficiency across business functions. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development and performance standards
• Coach and mentor engineers on design and coding best practices within the scrum team
• Assist with updates to program specification and implementation documentation
• Provide consultation to product owners with recommendations to drive requirements to success
• Participate as part of an Agile scrum team using tools such as Jira

• ServiceNow platform development (3+ years)
• ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps
• JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs
• Flow Designer and application development
• Integration and API development (REST, JSON)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Experience with AI capabilities within ServiceNow
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• Jira

Location & Work Model Onsite - Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be available to work onsite full-time.

Engagement Details Contract engagement. Start date to be confirmed.

BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
