Job Description Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, modification, enforcement, and related family law matters. Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, settlement documents, and other legal filings. Participate in hearings, mediations, negotiations, depositions, and courtroom proceedings. Develop case strategies while working closely with experienced attorneys and legal support professionals. Communicate directly with clients and guide them through emotionally and financially significant legal matters. Manage deadlines, case files, and litigation responsibilities with strong attention to detail. Complete our structured attorney training program and continue developing your family law and courtroom skills. Collaborate with the entire legal team to deliver responsive, strategic, and high-quality representation. Qualifications 1+ years of practicing attorney experience in family law or personal injury litigation. Courtroom or meaningful litigation experience. Strong legal writing, research, communication, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and collaborative team mentality. Ability to work full-time on-site in Austin. Genuine interest in building or continuing a career in family law.
