General Manager

Are you a proven restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're looking for an experienced General Manager to take the reins of a successful seafood restaurant and market, leading an exceptional team while driving operational excellence and profitability.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who knows how to motivate teams, control costs, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and grow sales.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 9 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Manage and control
food costs, beverage costs, labor costs, and overall operating expenses.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and waste to maximize profitability.
• Analyze sales, labor, and financial reports to meet company goals.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
• Recruit, hire, schedule, and retain high-performing employees.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain all health, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Oversee bar operations, including beer, liquor, wine, and beverage cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Work closely with ownership to achieve sales and profitability goals.

The essential functions of this role include:
