Position Licensed Optician – Full‑Time at LensCrafters store #003309. Responsibilities Welcome all customers, set expectations with customers. Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses. Acts as a leader in optical acumen. Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs. Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions. Accurate and thorough use of technology despite time pressure and customer volume, exceptional product knowledge, and use of appropriate tools. Proactive, explores root cause of issues, forward‑thinking, ensures customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded, solution driven. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities. Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies. Take pride in store appearance, help keep store clean, attractive, and organized. Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices. Resourceful, self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement, and results. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management. Basic Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. State licensure. Optical dispensing experience. Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder. Knowledge of current store merchandise. Strong basic math skills. Awareness of current fashion trends. Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad or tablet. Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators. Embrace new technology and change. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $25.02 – $39.02 per hour. Employees may also earn a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
