tes.Process repair order paperwork from beginning to invoic
ing.Field incoming customer road calls, take all necessary informat
ion.Contact customers for approvals and PO numbers as requi
red.Reviews and analyzes performance results and takes corrective action when applica
ble.Organizes, trains, and develops all Service Department employ
ees.Enforces all company policies, including accident and workers' compensation paperw
ork.Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside and outside of the build
ing.Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervi
sor.Transportation Industry experience is a p

lus.
Qualificat
