Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Pay: $100,000 - $145,000/ year + Overtime & Bonuses

Location: Ponca City, OK

Type: Permanent/Direct Hire

What You'll do

✅ Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and skilled trades professionals

✅ Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve uptime and reduce downtime

✅ Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital projects

✅ Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams

✅ Oversee facility systems including HVAC, utilities, compressed air, and plant infrastructure

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

✔ Experience leading maintenance teams and driving equipment reliability improvements

✔ Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and CMMS systems

✔ Proven success improving equipment uptime, reducing downtime, and achieving operational goals

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
