Salary: $75,000–$80,000+ annually, depending on experience

This is not a traditional receptionist or administrative assistant position. The role combines front-of-house hospitality, client services, and concierge-style support for attorneys and senior staff.

Position Overview

The Client Hospitality & Lawyer Services Coordinator will take ownership of the firm's front-of-house experience, ensuring the office is welcoming, organized, and running seamlessly. This individual will provide thoughtful hospitality and practical concierge support to attorneys and senior professionals, allowing them to focus on their work while ensuring clients and guests receive an exceptional level of service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors, providing a warm, polished, and professional experience.

• Prepare conference rooms and coordinate refreshments, meals, technology, materials, and other meeting requirements.

• Anticipate and attend to client needs throughout meetings and office visits.

• Provide concierge-style support to attorneys and senior professionals, including restaurant reservations, meal arrangements, appointments, and routine personal and professional logistics.

• Check in with attorneys during busy periods to offer coffee, beverages, snacks, meals, and other appropriate support.

• Coordinate food and beverage service for client and internal meetings, including ordering, setup, presentation, and cleanup.

• Assist attorneys with hosting clients, colleagues, recruits, and other guests.

• Support firm events, receptions, dinners, and other hospitality-related functions.

• Maintain familiarity with nearby restaurants, hotels, transportation, and other local resources.

• Coordinate with attorneys, staff, building personnel, caterers, restaurants, vendors, and service providers.

• Maintain clean, attractive, organized, and client-ready reception areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and common spaces.

• Provide flexible hospitality, logistical, and administrative support as needed.

• Experience in a law firm, professional services firm, hotel, restaurant, private club, luxury retail, events, or another high-service environment is preferred but not required.
