Responsibilities :

• Meet with prospective clients to evaluate insurance needs
• Recommend customized insurance strategies
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Conduct policy reviews and identify additional protection opportunities
• Build long-term client relationships
• Maintain detailed records within agency systems
• Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience
• Continue expanding product knowledge through ongoing training

Qualifications :

• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to build trust and credibility quickly
• Organized and motivated to achieve goals
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
