To support a growing financial services team, the full-time Financial Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service to customers regarding their retirement savings accounts, process account changes, and communicate important updates, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts Educate customers about their accounts and process contributions, loans, and withdrawals Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients effectively Required qualifications Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including outside traditional business hours Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs Experience in financial services or call center environments is preferred Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
