Pay & Schedule

$16–$17/hour, plus overtime opportunities.
Monday–Friday shifts, either 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, plus Saturdays. Overtime is offered as an extension of your shift.

Overview

Petpalette is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to help us handle the rush leading up to Thanksgiving at our pet products distribution center. This is a great fit if you want steady seasonal hours right now, with a real shot at staying on permanently once the season winds down — many of our seasonal hires become long-term team members. No experience required; we'll train you.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll perform shipping and receiving duties such as unloading trucks and checking in merchandise, use our warehouse management system (RF Smart) to track inventory and orders, pick items and prepare orders for delivery, and collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to keep the workspace safe and organized. The role involves regular heavy lifting, and depending on assignment, may include operating forklifts or cranes to move materials.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods, who is comfortable with physical work including heavy lifting, and who is reliable and ready to work through the holiday season. Prior experience with warehouse operations, order picking, or equipment like forklifts is a plus but not required — we provide training. Basic ability to fabricate or assemble materials as needed is helpful.
