Palm Health Resources is hiring 2 Cardiothoracic APP locum providers to cover CT Surgery shifts In Fond du Lac, WI!

Starting Date ASAP! Palm Health covers your mal practice insurance, paid housing, rental car and mileage!Duration of contract ongoing at least 2 weeks per month but varies!

This is a full continuum of care position with OR/ICU responsibilities.

Number of shifts needed per month? Two Thursday/Friday/Sat/Sun per month(Specific requests listed below)

Daily schedule?Weekday/8hr shift,Saturday/ 4hr rounding

Is call required/part of schedule? Night and/or weekend?On call on weekdays and through weekend- Low call intensity

Case mix (cardiac, vascular, lung/chest, trauma?)75% Cardiac, Lung/chest 20%,Minimal Vascular and Trauma

June 18th 7am- June 23rd 7am

July 3rd 7am - July 14th 7am

July 23rd 7am - July 28th 7am

October 30th 7am - November 3rd 7am

November 26th - December 1st 7am

Less Priority Coverage Requests:
