Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Kooth Behavioral Health, your role will involve a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough consultations with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Administering age-appropriate assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support individuals and families facing various challenges.

• Facilitating parent support groups aimed at enhancing communication and parenting strategies, particularly concerning issues related to prenatal exposure to substances.

• Carrying out developmental evaluations for children to identify strengths and areas for growth, ensuring timely interventions are implemented.

• Planning and delivering training sessions for clients, social workers, attorneys, judges, educators, and other mental health professionals, thereby contributing to community education and awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with couples, as well as providing individual therapy for each partner. Additionally, the role will extend to providing family-centered care, recognizing the importance of supporting the entire family system in achieving optimal mental health. Our client base includes both adult and child/adolescent populations, reflecting our commitment to comprehensive care across all age groups.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
