SynergisticIT | Junior Java, Python, data analyst, and data scientist A degree proves you can learn. It does not automatically prove you can pass a production-style interview. Recent graduates are competing with bootcamp alumni, career changers, and experienced people applying down-level. That is why "I applied everywhere” still yields silence.JOPP is designed for recent CS, engineering, math, and statistics grads with limited or no job experience. We close the gap between campus projects and client expectations: Core/Advanced Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud, DSA, Python, analytics, and ML/AI, depending on track.
You work on genuine projects, prepare for Oracle, AWS, Azure, and related certifications at no extra program charge, and get marketed to employers. Expected starting ranges after successful completion are often $86k–$155k depending on track and offer.

We Focus on Java /Full stack/Devops and Data Science /Data Engineers/Data analysts/BI Analysts/ Machine learning/AI candidates Ideal Candidates:
