Production Assistant
OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY
Join a manufacturing team that builds box-build integration systems and subassemblies, where precision and quality go into every unit that ships. This is an ongoing, full-time role for assemblers who want steady, hands-on work and the chance to support production beyond their own station.

- Location: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite
- Pay: $17 - $19/hour
- Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Overtime required as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build box-build integration systems and subassemblies to specification using work instructions, production documentation, and hand tools.
- Inspect work-in-process against quality standards and complete accurate quality records for each build.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine assembly issues, escalating problems beyond your skill level to supervisors.
- Organize job kits, tools, and materials at a clean, safe workstation while following all safety procedures.
- Assist supervisors with production scheduling, workflow, and work assignments as priorities change.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of mechanical or production assembly experience.
- Comfortable using hand tools, assembly equipment, and basic computer applications; able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Preferred
- Soldering experience (a soldering assessment may be required).
- Experience with box-build or electromechanical integration assembly.
- Experience following written work instructions and completing production quality documentation.
