We are seeking passionate Physical Therapists to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers throughout Illinois as Independent Contractors. Why PTs Choose Small Wonders Big Ideas

As an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you will:
- Provide individualized PT services to infants and toddlers
- Support developmental skills through play-based intervention
- Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers
- Provide services in the child's natural environment
- Complete required clinical documentation
- Participate in IFSP/team collaboration as required
- Maintain required Illinois licensure and EI credentials
- Current Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Appropriate Illinois Early Intervention credential or eligibility
- Experience with infants and toddlers preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Professional liability insurance, as required
Starting rate: $50 per completed 60-minute session About Us
