Compensation & Earning Potential
Earn $1,300–$1,600+ per week
Compensation includes:
* Base pay: $15–$24 per hour based on performance
* Average credit card tips: $475+ per week
* Average cash tips: $225+ per week
* Retail commission opportunities
* Performance incentives and bonus opportunities

What We're Looking For
* Valid Maryland cosmetology and/or barber license
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Confident performing men's and boys' haircuts on all hair types and textures
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Product knowledge and ability to recommend products based on client needs
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* Reliable transportation
* Coachable and open to ongoing growth and development
