Hickory Creek seeks a Full-Time HR/Payroll Manager to lead human resources at our Plains facility. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and retention to foster a positive workplace culture. You will supervise HR policies, ensure regulatory alignment, and support staff training and development for 100+ employees.
