System Administrator - Level 3

Job description LOCATION: Annapolis Junction, MD | Sat-Wed 10pm-6am Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required. Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals. Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions. Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites. Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure. Experience Hardware Remote Assistance Remote Desktop Education HS Diploma or GED with Twenty (20) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelors with Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Requirements Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required. IAT Level I Certification Required (CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE). Salary The likely salary range is up to $130K. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
