Spa Massage Therapist

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, hotel amenities, and the local area. Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and at-home care recommendations. Answer guest questions in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-focused manner. Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and service areas in accordance with spa standards. Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsCurrent state licensure as a Massage Therapist. 2+ years of industry experience preferred. Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing services.
