Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting across rotating 12-hour variable shifts
• Assume Charge RN responsibilities as assigned
• Float to sister facilities as needed, with floating shifts potentially prescheduled in advance
• Participate in on-call rotations during low census periods
• Fulfill every other weekend and every other holiday requirement
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR (required)

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• BLS Certification (required)
• ACLS Certification (required)
• TNCC Certification (required)
• PALS Certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR is required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Charge RN role
• Experience floating between multiple facilities or departments
• Comfort working in variable census environments
