Job Opportunity: Orthopedic Surgeon

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon, preferably with training in Total Joints or Trauma, to become part of a well-established private practice in Lakeland, FL. Our organization boasts extensive in-house resources, including MRI, CT, and PET imaging, along with three musculoskeletal radiologists available for consultations and a full-service laboratory.

Our large, physician-owned group consists of over 220 medical professionals across 20 locations, covering more than 40 specialties. This structure supports a strong internal referral network and a well-established patient base. The use of EPIC EMR ensures seamless continuity of care throughout our clinics.

Partnership Track: Physicians have the opportunity to become partners after two years of service.

Compensation: We offer a rewarding compensation model with no practice start-up costs.

Advanced Diagnostic Support: Our facilities include in-house labs and radiology services, complemented by a built-in referral network.

Administrative Support: Our robust administrative team manages staffing, billing and collections, coding, transcription, clinical informatics (EMR), value-based services, quality assurance, and recruitment.

• Education: M.D. or D.O.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
• Completion of a fellowship in Total Joints or Trauma is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with a dedication to patient-centered care.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
