Experience performing quality assessments of systems to ensure products or services conform to established standards and identifying process defects, gaps, or potential issues, and proposing solutions. Experience reviewing and/or developing systems specifications documents, functional design documents, and test plans. Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical materials to management clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
