Registered Nurse (RN) (Full-Time) - Outpatient Resource Team (Boulder, CO)

Job Summary Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) candidates for an outpatient resource team role at the 2750 Broadway location. This full‑time position (36 hrs/week Monday‑Friday) offers daytime schedules and support for nurses to explore a variety of outpatient specialties. Job Duties Recognize, evaluate, and respond to emergency or unusual situations in the clinic and obtain additional help if needed. Prepare examination/treatment rooms for provider use, ensuring supplies and equipment are ready daily and maintained orderly. Assist providers during examinations by anticipating needs for instruments and supplies. Perform routine procedures as authorized by provider and within skill level and certification. Collect specimens per visit protocol, document waived/non‑waived testing, and label lab specimens correctly. Be available for on‑call Saturday morning shifts as needed. Experience & Skills Recognize and identify patient symptoms and use appropriate professional judgment. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to all four BMC sites. Available by phone to accept assignment changes. Requirements Graduate of accredited nursing program. Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the State of Colorado. Preferred Experience 1‑2 years of nursing experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital. Salary & Hours Hourly pay $36.04 – $45.06 (full range $36.04 – $54.07); commensurate with experience. Position posted for a minimum of three days, subsequently until filled. 36 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Location Boulder, Colorado.
