Warehouse Shipping Specialist

Responsible for ensuring all finished goods and parts are shipped accurately and on time. This role focuses on eliminating shipping errors while maintaining same-day shipping standards and providing support to the refurb team as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and pull order requests
• Package finished products for shipping (shrink wrap, boxing, labeling)
• Process shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers
• Build palletized outbound shipments and complete Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Record shipment weights and costs
• Stage, load, and unload trucks
• Receive, ship, store, and issue materials and equipment
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments
• Identify visible damage to merchandise or equipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Rotate stock using FIFO principles

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx)
• Forklift or pallet jack experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move products safely
• Knowledge of inventory control practices
