Full Time Day Shift - TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital

Location: 10500 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242

Work Schedule:

• Full Time Days (40 hrs/week)
• No weekends, holidays or on-call
• May be required to work at the Good Sam Hospital location as needed

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN performs comprehensive assessments, develops and updates care plans, administers treatments safely, and evaluates patient outcomes. This role collaborates closely with patients, families, physicians, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal results and a positive care experience.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree - Nursing (Required)
• New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. (Required)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience within Wound Care
• Registered Nurse licensure (Required)
• Case Management experience strongly preferred
• ACLS PALS may be required but is dependent on unit or department Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on patient needs and clinical standards.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and utilize equipment according to policy.
• Advocate for patients while maintaining a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations appropriately.
• Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism through continuous learning, collaboration, and participation in unit initiatives.
