Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lube Technician to join our service team. This position is responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and other light maintenance services. This role is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in the automotive service industry within a professional dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors
• Rotate, inspect, and inflate tires as required
• Check and top off vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake fluid, and washer fluid
• Replace engine and cabin air filters when needed
• Inspect belts, hoses, batteries, and other basic vehicle components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle conditions

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or mechanical experience preferred
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance
• Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
