Reliable Benefits You Can Trust:- Salary Range: Drivers typically earn between $90,000 and $95,000 annually.
- Top Performers: Exceptional drivers can make over $100,000 each year.
- Retention Bonus: Up to $7,500 for CDL-A drivers.
- Referral Bonus: Earn $3,000 for referring a CDL-A driver.
- Compensation Structure: Based on hours, miles, cases, and stops.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing the vehicle's condition.
- Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys for off-hour deliveries.
- Operate the tractor-trailer to reach destinations, utilizing knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
- Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
- Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer locations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
- Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer.
- Must meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
- This role requires proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English to effectively and safely perform job-related tasks, including following work instructions and safety protocols.
