Job Description Summary The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN), member of Advocate Health Nursing Professional Governance community, provides high‑quality, patient‑centered care through evidence‑based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate delivery in an ambulatory care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes. Where You Will Work Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is part of Advocate Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health systems. AMG offers a wide range of specialties and services across Illinois and Wisconsin, including primary care, medical and surgical care, pediatrics, women’s health, and behavioral health. You will work in an allergy clinic environment with a daily patient load of 16‑24 patients per day, supporting multiple allergy clinics across Greater Milwaukee. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (preferred) What You’ll Do As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. You will deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures, utilizing evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to lead efforts in creating the safest patient environment and optimal patient experience across the continuum. About This Location The allergy clinic serves 16‑24 patients daily, with injection clinics seeing comparable volumes. The role supports 3‑4 RNs per allergist across 9 allergy clinics, requiring adaptability and a willingness to continually learn and grow as an Allergy RN. The position primarily supports Greater Milwaukee sites, with location and allergist appointments varying based on organizational needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
