Position Concrete Foreman – Zenith Tech Inc., part of the Walbec Group in Southeast Wisconsin. Responsibilities Accurately report materials, equipment, and hours of work. Manage and ensure safety of crew personnel, public, and regulatory compliance. Operate a variety of power equipment and other machinery as needed. Perform duties assigned by the Superintendent or other management. A company vehicle is provided for the position. Location and Travel Headquarters at Zenith Tech Inc. in southeastern Wisconsin. Project locations vary; reliable transportation and willingness to travel, including trips to Fond du Lac, WI, and Green Bay, WI, are required. A company vehicle will be provided. Candidates Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends. Ability to work in variable weather, dirty, and dusty environments. Member of a local trade union or willing to become a union member. Union membership is not required prior to hire.
