Key Responsibilities Directly supervise a team of 10-15 production associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Operate manufacturing equipment as needed to meet production targets and maintain workflow. Train new employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), machinery operation, and company policies. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance for complex repairs. Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflow to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality control data. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Demonstrated ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate production teams. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications. Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of identifying and resolving production issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and management. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
