Electrical Project Manager

Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of commercial work in the Florida Keys market. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on tenant improvements, remodels, and ground-up builds.
Project Size:
$250K – $5MM (Commercial)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and job cost tracking
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery
Requirements:
- 10+ years in the electrical trade
- 2+ years as a Project Manager
- Experience with commercial TI, remodels, and ground-up work
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
