About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Retail Services to lead and inspire the member-facing divisions, including branches, call centers, and community business development teams. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in retail financial services, particularly in deposit strategy, business development, and community engagement. Candidates for this role at the company should have at least ten years' experience in deposit, loan, and retail financial services, with a background in leading a complex branch network and retail strategy. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for ongoing executive development. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, the ability to work collaboratively across executive functions, and a deep commitment to the values of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility. Experience in credit unions is highly valued, and expertise in consumer lending is a bonus.
