Ideal candidate: Previous dental front desk experience Strong knowledge of Dentrix Experience with dental insurance, eligibility, benefits & claims Comfortable with treatment estimates and patient financial discussions Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Team player with a positive attitude Dental experience is required.
