PM Rigger

Job Location: NAPCO Precast SA – San Antonio, TX 78250 Salary Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour Summary Set up or repair rigging for construction projects in a safe manner. Primary Responsibilities Align, level, and anchor machinery Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools. Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms, using bolts and clamps. Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chainfalls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment. Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use. Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. Climb ladders to measure and/or inspect the product. Work with Crane Operator through great communication to ensure safe movement and passage. Qualifications & Physical Requirements The ability to climb, lift, balance, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs Push and Pull 30 lbs. Lift 50 lbs. Be on Feet 8 to 12 hour shifts The ability to keep or regain your body balance or stay upright when in an unstable position.
