Full Stack Developer

Java/Angular Developer (No C2C)Theoris is seeking a skilled developer to contribute to either the enhancement of an existing Angular/Java web application or the development of a new mobile app built with React Native. This application serves as the primary interface for customers to manage their policies, view bills, and report claims. With a renewed focus on customer experience and digital services, this role will support initiatives such as streamlining onboarding, improving internal workflows, and integrating new products. You'll be part of a collaborative Agile team consisting of 4 developers, a QA engineer, a product owner, a business analyst, and an application architect. The team operates in 2-week sprints and values mentorship, innovation, and high-quality code.Responsibilities:Develop new features for a customer-facing web application using Angular and Java/Spring BootContribute to the first iteration of a new mobile app using React NativeCollaborate with cross-functional team members including QA, product, and architectureParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectivesEnsure code quality through CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and testingSupport integration of new digital services and product featuresUse tools like IntelliJ and VS Code for development and debuggingRequirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holderProficiency in Angular (v16+) or React NativeStrong experience with Java and the Spring Boot frameworkSolid understanding of SQLFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and code review processesExperience with JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence, BitbucketPrefer familiarity with Postman, Selenium, and Dynatrace or similar monitoring toolsAbout Theoris: Our goal is to Fuel Your Career!
