Distribution Specialist II

Distribution Specialist II supports manufacturing operations at a biopharmaceutical company specializing in cancer cell therapies. The role involves warehouse management, inventory control, materials handling, and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, dispense, and kit GMP materials and equipment following established procedures
- Manage day-to-day warehouse assignments and monitor task completion
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Pick, pack, and ship finished products and materials per policies
- Monitor Kanban area for material replenishment and communicate discrepancies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Forklift certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in fast-paced team environment
- Ability to perform routine ERP system transactions
Compensation: $55,930.00 - $72,380.00 base
