KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with a growing organization in the Rutland, VT area in their search for a Director of Revenue Operations. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for pricing strategy, revenue analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting. The role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership to identify opportunities for profitable growth and improve revenue performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and analytical leader who enjoys using data to influence business decisions and drive results. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with pricing, revenue optimization, analytics, and KPIs, along with the ability to lead a team and work effectively across an organization. Responsibilities Take ownership of pricing strategy and revenue optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve pricing and profitability. Create and maintain revenue reporting, forecasting, and KPI analysis for senior leadership. Analyze pricing, customer, revenue, and margin trends and provide actionable recommendations. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve revenue performance and support business initiatives. Develop reporting and analytical tools that provide visibility into key business metrics. Identify opportunities to improve revenue processes, reporting, and overall efficiency. Lead and develop a team of Revenue Operations Analysts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Pricing, Finance, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics. Strong experience with pricing strategy, revenue analytics, forecasting, and KPI development. Ability to analyze complex information and present recommendations to senior leadership. Previous experience leading and developing a team. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and communication abilities. Compensation: $160-190k plus 40% bonus and RSUs. Hybrid schedule.
